Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) ARIES at University of Kent 2024-25

Advanced Research and Innovation in the Environmental Sciences (ARIES) are offered by the University of Kent, which is funded by the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC). This scholarship is offered to those who are willing to PhD at the University of Kent for a PhD in Biodiversity Management and PhD in Statistics.

Eligibility for the Advanced Research and Innovation in the Environmental Sciences (ARIES):

• Applicants may come from any nationality.
• Applicants must apply for one of the following projects:
  • Investigating beaver expansion and the factors associated with damming behavior in Britain – Dr. Daniel Ingram
  • Enhancing surveillance of African Swine Fever in Indonesia through advanced wild animal monitoring – Dr Matthew Struebig

• All eligible candidates must first Download a copy of the Kent ARIES Expression of Interest Form.
• They must complete and submit the form along with a CV to kentgrc@kent.ac.uk.
