A PhD research that uses char from tire pyrolysis to create polymer composites. The student will have the chance to travel both domestically and abroad to engage with industrial scientists as part of this industry-university collaboration initiative. A materials/polymer scientist and/or chemical engineering student who is eager to advance their knowledge of polymer chemistry and materials upcycling will be the ideal recipient of the grant.
Eligibility criteria:
