The #YouAreWelcomeHere scholarship honors deserving foreign students who aim to foster better cross-cultural understanding. Miami University will provide two (2) yearly, renewable scholarships as a participating institution in this program, each of which will pay at least 50% of the cost of tuition.
Eligibility for #YouAreWelcomeHere Scholarship:
- The applicant must identify as an international student.
- The applicant must be a first-year student.
- The applicant must be enrolled in any of the bachelor's programs at the university.
- The applicant must exhibit a keen interest and be proactive in activities that involve intercultural learning and exchange.
Application Process:
- All eligible candidates must first apply for admission to the university.

Value of the Scholarship:
The successful candidates are awarded a scholarship of a minimum tuition discount of 50%.
