Young Leaders Program (School of Government, School of Local Governance) offers the YLP to exceptionally promising young government officials with considerable working experience in the area of public administration.

Eligibility:

  • The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree.
  • The applicant must have a minimum of three years of working experience in the field in the applicant’s home country.

Application Process:

  • The applicant must submit an Online Registration Form.
  • The applicant must submit the following documents:
    • Statement of Purpose
    • Research Proposal
    • One clear photograph
    • Two letters of recommendation
    • Certificate of employment
    • Official transcripts of academic records and graduation/degree certificates
  • The applicant must send a complete hard copy set of the supporting documents post, to the Admissions Office.
