Our Performance Athlete Support Programme allows talented student-athletes to balance university life while achieving their sporting potential.
Eligibility for the Performance Athlete Support Programme:
- Students who are currently, or will be, studying full-time or part-time at Sheffield Hallam University,
- Students should be competing in an Olympic, Paralympic, or Commonwealth sport, or competing consistently at an exceptional level in a sport outside of these games which is recognized by British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS).
- Students must demonstrate clear evidence of their Olympic, Paralympic, Commonwealth, National Governing Body (NGB) or professional representation pathway.
Application Process:
Students need to submit an application form to be eligible for the scholarship.
Benefits:
Successful applicants will receive support from our multi-disciplinary team of sports practitioners, free Team Hallam Ultimate Membership, and access to our facilities. Some students may also receive a bursary.
