    1. Nicholin Scheepers

Good day I am Nicholin Scheepers a senior lecturer and PhD in Nursing graduate (2020). I have a research interest in preceptorship for early career nurses in South Africa. I would like to grow my research program in understanding how other countries implement and evaluate preceptorship programs. I'm currently conducting a study with postgraduate students on implementing and evaluating a preceptorship program. In my pilot study I experienced alot of resilience from hospital managers as I believe they cannot see the long-term benefits of retaining staff in the hospitals. I would.like to know if I can apply for the Inclusive Excellence Postdoctoral and visting scholars program in 2025. This will allow me to learn from the University about preceptorship and work on future collaborations. Hope to hear from you.
