The Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, has launched the Post Matric Scholarship for ST Students, Goa 2023–24 to offer financial aid to students belonging to the ST category enrolled in Class 11 through Ph.D. programs. Only students who are residents of Goa may apply for this scholarship. In addition to other advantages, the chosen individuals would receive a maintenance stipend of up to INR 1,200 per month.
Eligibility Criteria for Post Matric Scholarship for ST Students, Goa 2024:
- Students need to be a domicile of Goa.
- Students should belong to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category.
- Students must be studying in Class 11 to Ph.D. level at a recognized institution by the government or a Central/State Board of Secondary Education.
- Students should have an annual family income of less than INR 2,50,000 per annum from all sources.
- Students should not be receiving any other centrally-funded pre-matric scholarship.
Application Process:
Students need to submit an application form ONLINE only.

- A passport-size photograph
- Caste certificate duly signed by an authorized Revenue Officer (RO)
- Income certificate of parent/guardian
- A receipt in acknowledgment of the scholarship in the previous year
