Part-Time UK Faculty Scholarship at Oxford Brookes University 2025

Overview

• The Faculty of Technology, Design, and Environment at Oxford Brookes University offers a limited number of competitive scholarships for UK, EU, and international postgraduate students.
• These scholarships contribute up to £500 per year towards tuition fees for part-time or distance learning Master’s degrees, awarded for a period of up to two years for UK applicants.
• Please note that these scholarships do not cover living costs, travel, textbooks, or other ancillary items.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Fulfill the academic entry requirements for postgraduate study at Oxford Brookes University.
• Have been offered either a conditional or unconditional place on one of the eligible degree programmes by 18 November 2021.
• Start their degree studies in January 2022 for the 2021-2022 academic year.
• Have a good honours degree (First Class or 2.1 equivalent) or relevant experience demonstrating appropriate knowledge and skills at honours degree level.
• Final year undergraduates must expect to be notified of their degree results before 30 November 2021 to be considered for the scholarship.
• International students must meet the English language requirements for their chosen programme.
• Applicants receiving full funding from other sources covering all tuition fees will not be eligible for this scholarship.

Application Process

• Complete the appropriate Scholarship Application Form (Google Form Link on Scholarship Page).
  Submit the application form once, indicating all scholarships you wish to apply for.
• Include a personal statement explaining why you are deserving of the scholarship.
• The application deadline is 11.59pm (23:59 GMT) on Thursday 18 November 2021.
• You must also ensure that you identify how you plan to raise additional funding for living costs, travel, textbooks, and other expenses.
• Applicants who do not comply with the procedures will not be considered.
• Scholarship candidates will be notified of their success by 10 December 2021.
