        This scholarship is awarded at Georgia State University. To be considered, you must:

        • Be a full-time student
        • Demonstrate financial need, as assessed by the university
        • Maintain good academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
        • Be enrolled in an academic major related to computer science, information systems, or computer technology
        • Express an interest in residing in Atlanta, Dallas, or Phoenix after graduation
