Eligibility Criteria for Destination Australia Scholarship for International Students at University of Queensland 2024:
- Applicants must be international students holding a visa for the duration of the scholarship.
- Applicants must either be commencing students or UQ alumni starting a different program covered by this scholarship.
- Applicants must have a full offer to study an eligible program delivered entirely at the UQ Gatton campus in 2025.
Note:
- Dual degrees with a Bachelor of Agribusiness degree are ineligible as they are not offered full-time at UQ Gatton.
- Students from low-socioeconomic backgrounds (low-SES), first-generation tertiary students, and those living with a disability are strongly encouraged to apply.
Application Process:
Students commencing in Semester 1, 2025, can apply online by submitting a personal statement of up to 300 words.
Value of the scholarship:
A partial amount of AUD 15,000 will be awarded annually.
