Climate Leaders Scholarship at University of Sussex 2024

For new students beginning courses in September 2024, Sussex is giving five scholarships worth £3,000. The strategic objective of Sussex is high: to rank among the world's most sustainable institutions and to take the lead globally in exemplifying and advancing environmental, social, and economic sustainability in all its manifestations on a local, regional, national, and worldwide scale.

Eligibility for the Climate Leaders Scholarship at the University of Sussex:

• Applicants must be UK students classified as 'Home' for fees and have accepted a place on an eligible undergraduate, master's, or PhD course at the University of Sussex, commencing in September 2024.
• Applicants must be able to demonstrate their personal track record of being an environmental influencer and bringing about real-world change in relation to the climate crisis.
• Applicants must be able to commit to collaboration with the university and local community to encourage pledges to net zero and tackling the climate crisis.

Application Process:

Candidates need to fill out an application form to apply for the scholarship.

Value of the Scholarship:

Successful applicants are awarded a sum of GBP 3,000 per year.
