Andrew J. Swope Equity and Justice Scholarship Fund at Georgia State University 2024

The Andrew J. Swope Equity and Justice Scholarship Fund's goal is to provide eligible graduate students at the Urban Studies Institute financial assistance.

Eligibility for Andrew J. Swope Equity and Justice Scholarship Fund at Georgia State University:

• Graduate students pursuing a master's or doctoral degree at Georgia State University's Andrew Young School of Policy Studies in the Urban Studies Institute.
• Each year, $5,000 will be awarded in scholarships.
• The Urban Studies Institute's scholarship committee will decide how much money to award to one or both students.
• After completing the scholarship application, the prize is renewable for one additional year.
• Selected candidates ought to exhibit a dedication to fairness and impartiality.
• Candidates are required to compose an essay detailing their background in and dedication to justice and equity.

Application process:

There is no need for a separate application, eligible students will be considered automatically.
