      Hello Kedidmetse Sayidi,

A learner does not need to meet any particular point requirements to be considered for the scholarship you enquired about. Secondary school students in Victoria who assist and care for a family member with a disability, mental illness, long-term health concern, or senior care need are invited to apply. The award seeks to promote students' academic endeavors, involvement in extracurricular activities, and skill development. As long as they have parental approval, applications from young people who are responsible for taking care of others are allowed. Applications on behalf of the student from parents, instructors, friends, or service providers are also acceptable.
