The University of Manchester has initiated The GREAT Scholarship for all students of Kenya to provide financial assistance to study postgraduate courses of study at the university.
Eligibility criteria:
- Applicants must be residents or citizens of Bangladesh, France, Greece, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Pakistan, or Turkey.
- Applicants must be self-funded.
- Applicants must be classified as 'international' for tuition-fee purposes.
- Applications for MBA, MPhil, MEnt, Master of Architecture (MArch), Architecture & Urbanism (MA), Master of Landscape Architecture (MLA), Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), Clinical Medicine and Dentistry degrees are not eligible for the award.
- Applicants must have taken their bachelor’s degree in one of the following countries: Bangladesh, France, Greece, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Pakistan and Turkey. Students who have completed a higher education qualification outside of Bangladesh, France, Greece, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Pakistan and Turkey will not be eligible to apply for the awards unless their qualification is from The University of Manchester.
Value:
Successful applicants of the GREAT Scholarship will receive a scholarship value of £10,000.
