Applicants must:
- Be enrolled in one of the following TU Dublin programs:
- BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering (2nd Year) – TU826
- BSc (Hons) in Construction Management (1st Year) – TU833
- BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics (1st Year) – TU837
- Maintain academic excellence each year to continue receiving the scholarship.
- Take part in a short interview if shortlisted (held early to mid-November 2024).
Value of The Noel Elliott Senior Scholarship Programme at Technological University Dublin 2025:
- Scholarships are valued at €3,000 each and will be paid in full to the students from the TU Dublin Foundation.
- The award is renewable annually for the duration of the undergraduate program, subject to academic performance.

Applicants must submit a 300-word personal statement as part of the application.
