Eligibility

• The Émile Boutmy Scholarship is open to first-time applicants from non-European Union countries who have been admitted to the Undergraduate or Master's program at Sciences Po.
• Applicants must come from a household that does not file taxes within the EU. Swiss and Norwegian applicants, as well as those with dual EU citizenship or from Quebec (for Master's degrees), are not eligible.
• Additionally, students applying for specific Master's programs, dual-degree programs, or the Ph.D. program are also excluded unless they meet particular criteria, such as applicants from China for certain dual-degree programs.
