The Faculty of Science at The University of Queensland (UQ) offers several International Scholarship opportunities for outstanding international students intending to study in undergraduate or postgraduate coursework programs in Science at UQ.
Eligibility Criteria for Science International Scholarships at the University Of Queensland 2024/25:
- Students are classified as an international student
- Students are commencing their first semester at UQ
- Students are commencing an approved UQ Faculty of Science program (minimum one-year duration). See Terms & Conditions for a full list of approved programs.
- Students should have met the conditions of your offer by the scholarship’s closing date (you don’t need to accept your full offer by the scholarship application deadline)
- Students must demonstrate strong academic performance in their previous studies.
Selection Criteria:
- Students academic performance (based on the academic credentials you submitted in your UQ Faculty of Science program application)
- Student's capacity to create change and contribute to science (based on the personal statement you submitted in your scholarship application).
Application Process:
Students must submit an application form and a personal statement to the university to be eligible for the scholarship.
Value of the Scholarship:
The scholarship is a tuition fee reduction of AUD 5,000.
