PDX Tuition Advantage at Washington State University 2025

Eligibility Criteria for the PDX Tuition Advantage:

The applicants must:

• Be a resident of Oregon's Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties.
• Be a new undergraduate, transfer, former or post-baccalaureate degree-seeking student at WSU Vancouver.
• Meet WSU Vancouver’s admissions requirements.
• After admission, the student has to verify thet he/she resided in Oregon’s Clackamas, Multnomah or Washington county at least 90 days prior to the start of the semester by submitting the PDX Tuition Advantage Verification Form and supporting documentation at least three weeks prior to the start of the semester.
• Enroll in nine or more credits.

• Access to degrees not readily available in the Portland metropolitan area.

Exclusions and restrictions:

• The scholarship does not apply to summer tuition.
• It does not cover courses offered through other WSU campuses and cannot be used with intercampus enrollment.
• It is not eligible for current students changing WSU campuses.
• It does not apply to study abroad.
• International students are not eligible for this benefit.
• Graduate students are not eligible for this benefit.
• This award cannot be combined with Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE).
