The University of Oxford is offering Palgrave Brown Scholarship, 2024 for students from certain Eastern European countries who wish to pursue undergraduate courses and need financial assistance.
Eligibility for University of Oxford - Palgrave Brown Scholarship in UK, 2024:
- Candidates applying for the Palgrave Brown Scholarship, 2024/25 must either be a national citizen in and/or educated in one of the listed countries: Albania; Armenia; Azerbaijan; Belarus; Bosnia and Herzegovina; Bulgaria; Croatia; Czech Republic; Estonia; Georgia; Hungary; Kazakhstan; Kyrgyz Rep.; Latvia; Lithuania; Macedonia; Moldova; Montenegro; Poland; Romania; Russia; Serbia; Slovakia; Slovenia; Tajikistan; Turkmenistan; Ukraine; Uzbekistan.
- Only the students who are successful in gaining a place to study at The University of Oxford are eligible to apply.
- Students must arrange for a reference to be submitted on their behalf.
- In subsequent years, students will receive the scholarship only if their academic progress is satisfactory.
Selection Criteria:
- Palgrave Brown Scholarship, 2024/25 is awarded based on the financial need of the student while considering his/her academic merit.
- Candidates for whom the scholarship will make the most difference are given more priority, enabling them to afford to study at Oxford.

Application:
- You must make an application to the University of Oxford for an undergraduate course through UCAS by October 15, 2024, and be successful in gaining a place.
- If you are offered a place at the University of Oxford for an undergraduate course for 2025 entry, you should read the guidance notes, review the application questions, and complete the undergraduate scholarships application online form by noon (UK time) on 12 February 2025. Applications for these scholarships will open on 15 January 2025.
- For 2025 entry applicants who apply by the 12 February 2025 scholarship deadline, the selection process will be undertaken in March 2025.
- Applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application by the end of May 2025.
