Good day! I just want to inquire about this scholarship. I've already finished my bachelor's degree here in the Philippines and I am already working. However, I would like to pursue studies in the United States and soon to work there and be a US Citizen. I am partially blind but I am more than willing to learn. Thank you for your utmost response. God bless!
