Life Science Achievement Award (Graduate) at NYIT 2024

Only those enrolled in the dual degree programs in occupational therapy, physical therapy, and physician assistant studies leading to a B.S. in Life Sciences will be eligible for this prize. Students enrolling in the combined Life Sciences/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree program are not eligible for this grant. The prize fills the gap between your graduate or professional phase and your undergraduate phase. To complete your undergraduate degree program, this one-time scholarship offers up to $3,975 for the first year (including summer, if applicable) of the professional phase of the combined BS/MS.OT, BS/MS.PA, and BS/DPT programs. Attendance at all times is necessary.

Eligibility for Life Science Achievement Award (Graduate) at NYIT:

• The FAFSA must be completed by the applicant (only US students).
• The candidate's total GPA should remain at 3.3.
• The candidate must satisfactorily finish the courses for which they were enrolled during the previous semester.
• The candidate needs to be enrolled in dual degree programs in occupational therapy, physical therapy, and physician assistant studies leading to a B.S. in Life Sciences.
