Jerry D. Wilcox Community Engagement Scholarship at The University of Texas at Austin 2025-26

The Jerry D. Wilcox Community Engagement Scholarship is an award that recognizes an undergraduate international student who has demonstrated leadership in their undergraduate program through academic achievement; participation in campus and community organizations - particularly in leadership roles, and has made positive contributions to the campus community.

Eligibility criteria for the Jerry D. Wilcox Community Engagement Scholarship:

• Open to all International students.
• Applicants must enroll in any of the undergraduate courses of study at the university.
• Applicants must demonstrate the need for financial support.
• To be eligible, applicants must have finished two full academic semesters at UT Austin before receiving the award.
• Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.25.
• Must demonstrate active participation or leadership in campus/community organizations and activities.
• Applicants must hold a non-immigrant visa.

Value of the Scholarship:

Successful applicants of the  Jerry D. Wilcox Community Engagement Scholarship will receive $3,500 towards tuition fees.
