Hey Kelvin,
As this scholarship is offered for diploma courses, we can assume that the course length would be around 2 years. Fully funded scholarships provide for all the expenses that you would be required to make to continue with your studies such as tuition fees, accommodation, transport, food, and others As much as they can be perceived to be good, fully funded scholarships are not easy to secure due to the high number of students applying for them and the strict requirements that are laid down. However, the advice that we always offer to students is that they should apply for both fully funded scholarships as well as partially funded scholarships so that they can have higher chances of continuing with their studies without having to worry much about the costs. Hope this helped.
