• Nationality: The applicant must be an Australian citizen and of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage.
• Proof of heritage can be provided by submitting a Confirmation of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Heritage certificate (COA) or a certified Statutory Declaration (Stat Dec).
