The 30% Club aims to develop a diverse pool of talent for all businesses. Business leadership is key to the mission of the 30% Club, taking the issue beyond a specialist diversity effort and into mainstream talent management.
Eligibility Criteria IMI/30% Club Scholarship:
- Applicants must be female executives with high potential.
- Applicants must show proof of relevant work experience at the management level and/or have a related academic qualification at the undergraduate level.
- Applicants must demonstrate to the IMI that they are generally suitable and capable of handling the program's work requirements.
- Applicants must also fully adhere to the conditions outlined in the terms and conditions on the scholarship webpage.
Application Process:
Students must submit an application form to the university to be eligible for the scholarship.
Value of the Scholarship:
The 30% Club and the IMI are offering two fully-funded scholarships, each valued at EUR 11,000 for successful applicants.
