Eligibility Criteria:
- The applicant must be an Irish citizen, or EU citizen living in the Republic Of Ireland for over five years.
- The applicant must be a current or prospective postgraduate student with a minimum 2.1.
- The applicant must not be a dual US-Irish citizen, green card holder, or currently living in the U.S.
- The applicants belonging to the following criteria are given first consideration:
- Students from underrepresented Irish Higher Education institutions
- Students to underrepresented U.S. Higher Education institutions
- Students with little or no experience of the U.S.
