The Drs Man & Kang Wong Memorial Prize has been established in memory of Dr.Francis Kang Wong and his father, Dr Man Wong, both distinguished graduates of St Thomas’ Medical School.
Eligibility Criteria for Drs Man and Kang Wong Memorial Prize at King's College London 2024:
- Students need to be an undergraduate MBBS student or undertaking a postgraduate qualification in the Cardiovascular Division;
- Students should be currently enrolled and in attendance at King’s;
- Students must have a demonstrable interest in cardiology – evidenced by your supporting statement;
- Students should be able to provide a reference from their personal/course tutor;
- Students need to have a good academic record at King’s, which will be considered as part of the selection process;
- Students must be willing to submit a letter of thanks to the donor;
- Students must be willing to submit a report of their academic activity utilizing the prize money.
