Wenner-Gren Foundation is offering Dissertation Fieldwork Grants to provide support for doctoral or research thesis. This grant program provides funding for research leading to doctorates or theses that increase understanding of anthropology. To advance the understanding of what it means to be human, The aim is to promote dynamic and important work. Any approach, study site, subject, or subfield is acceptable.

- Applicants must have a dissertation supervisor from the same institution.
- Applicants must fulfill all the doctoral degree requirements to receive the grant.

- General information about the applicant, supervisor, and the project must be submitted.
- Applicants must submit an abstract of their proposed research.
