The Lincoln Developing Futures Scholarship is offered as a tuition fee discount against the cost of an undergraduate, postgraduate taught or postgraduate research programme commencing in September/October 2023 or January/February 2024. This scholarship is designed to help students who are nationals of or have permanent residence in developing countries in Europe.
Eligibility for the Developing Futures Scholarship:
- Applicant must be a national of, or have permanent residence in, one of the following countries: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, or Cyprus.
- Should hold a Conditional or Unconditional Offer from the University of Lincoln for a full-time undergraduate, postgraduate taught or postgraduate research programme commencing in September/October 2023 or January/February 2024.
- Students intending to join a postgraduate taught or postgraduate research programme must have been awarded, or be expected to receive, one of the following qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution with a minimum grade of 2:2 or equivalent.
- A Pre-Masters qualification from a recognised institution with a grade comparable to a 2:2.
- A Master’s degree from a recognised institution with a merit grade or equivalent.
Value of the scholarship:
The Lincoln Developing Futures Scholarship is valued at £5,000 and will be awarded to eligible students as a tuition fee discount in the first year of their studies.
