Cowan International Placement Grant at University of South Australia

Eligibility criteria:

• Applicants must be studying full-time at the university and are undertaking a professional experience placement in an overseas location as part of their program.
• Preference will be given to applicants who are undertaking a placement in a developing country.
• Placements must be for a minimum of two consecutive weeks in length.
• Applicants must be able to demonstrate evidence of financial disadvantage.
• Applicants must be undertaking their placement in the year that they apply for the grant.

Note: Please note that the grant will not be awarded retrospectively. Applicants must not have completed their placement prior to the application closing date.

Selection criteria:

• Financial disadvantage
• Academic merit (GPA)
• Personal written statement

Application process:

Interested applicants must apply online via My Scholarships and provide a written statement detailing the location and duration of their placement and their future career goals.

Value:

Successful applicants of the Cowan International Placement Grant will get an amount of 2,000 in one installment.
