- The application is open to all nationals.
- The applicants must be an incoming first-year student and currently enrolled at WSU.
- The applicants must also have had a member of their immediate family (parent, step-parent, sibling or grandparent) graduate from WSU.

Application Process:
Applicants must complete the WSU General Scholarship Application by January 31 annually to be considered for WSUAA scholarships.
