These awards will be targeted at girls/women looking for opportunities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths undertaking all three years of UG to attract women to STEM-related subjects.
Eligibility for the University of Wolverhampton Women in STEM Scholarships:
- By July 31, 2024, the day of the A Level results, applicants must have an offer to enrol in a full-time undergraduate degree (in the STEM fields) at the University of Wolverhampton for the academic year 2024–2025.
- Applicants must be self-sufficient and not be receiving financial aid from outside sources.
- This award is only available to applicants who have been classified as international students to pay tuition fees.
- The applicant needs to identify as a woman or be a woman.
- The Lord Paul UG Excellence Scholarship will also be available to students who were awarded any of the University of Wolverhampton Women in STEM Scholarships.
- If you postpone your entry, you will not be eligible for the award.
- Recipients of this prize may combine it with the Lord Paul Undergraduate Excellence Prize from the University of Wolverhampton.
- Recipients must participate in mentorship and/or student ambassador programs to highlight the benefits of attending the University of Wolverhampton.
