The University of South Queensland awards several Residential College Scholarships to support students residing at UniSQ Residential Colleges in Toowoomba either commencing or continuing their studies in an undergraduate program. Each scholarship is for a maximum of one year and is to be used towards Semester/Trimester accommodation at the UniSQ Residential Colleges, Toowoomba campus.
Eligibility for the UniSQ Residential College Scholarship:
- Applicants must be domestic students currently residing in Australia.
- Applicants must have annual household income not exceeding the eligible threshold (low-to-middle income).
- Applicants must be commencing or continuing their studies at UniSQ in an undergraduate program.
- Applicants must be residing or intending to reside at one of the UniSQ Residential Colleges, Toowoomba campus.
- Applicants must have their principal place of residence at least 50 kilometers from the UniSQ Toowoomba campus.
- Applicants must be enrolled or intend to enroll in 2024 courses.
- Applicants must not be a residents of Steele Rudd College, Block A or B.
Application Process:
- Interested candidates must apply online for the scholarship.
Value of the Scholarship:
- AUD 6,000 (for students studying in Trimesters), or
- AUD 7,500 (for students studying in Semesters).
Note: Scholarship to be paid as a reduction in Residential College fees across each semester/trimester of 2024.
