Troy University is offering the Ty Harvey Memorial Scholarship to students majoring in journalism, speech, or communications.
Eligibility Criteria for Ty Harvey Memorial Scholarship:
- Applicants may come from any nationality.
- Applicants must be in their junior or senior year of studies.
- Applicants must be majoring in journalism, speech, or communications.
- Applicants who can provide a letter of recommendation from their Christian Faith church leader are given first consideration.
Application Process:
- Interested candidates must complete and submit the General Application Form to be considered for the scholarship.
- The application should include the following components:
- An essay on how cancer has affected you
- A letter of recommendation from the Christian Faith church leader telling how the you have worked to "Spread the Gospel".
Value of the Scholarship:
Selected candidates are awarded a scholarship that is disclosed at the discretion of the university.
