This Scholarship aims to support undergraduate students who have demonstrated the values of Peace, Truth, Love, Right Conduct, and nonviolence (Outlined in the ONE sculpture by Geoffrey DrakeBrockman).
Eligibility for the SAI Scholarship:
Applicants must be Australian citizens, permanent residents, and permanent humanitarian visa holders enrolled in an undergraduate degree and must be able to demonstrate the values of Peace, Truth, Love, Right Conduct, and nonviolence (Outlined in the ONE sculpture by Geoffrey Drake-Brockman).
Selection Criteria:
The Selection Committee comprises representatives from Global Student Recruitment, Student Connect, Student Life, and relevant Faculties. The committee will consider the following parameters in the application form:
- 50% Barriers and challenges faced by the applicant
- 50% Leadership, work experience, community engagement, or volunteer work undertaken by the applicant.
Application Process:
Students need to submit an application form to the university to be eligible for the scholarship.
Value of the Scholarship:
The value of each scholarship is determined by Dr Naren Chellappah and is currently valued at $3,000 paid as a one-off payment to the student.
