President's Leadership Council (PLC) Scholarship at University of Central Oklahoma 2025

Eligibility Criteria of the Scholarship: 

• Applicants may come from any nationality.
• Applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
  • Incoming Freshmen:
    • Minimum 3.0 GPA,
    • 20 ACT,
    • Active involvement in two or more student organizations.
  • Continuing Students:
    • Minimum 3.0 GPA,
    • Active involvement in two or more student organizations.
  • Transfer Students:
    • Min. 3.0 GPA,
    • Active involvement in two or more student organizations.
• Applicants must submit twelve hours of volunteer service each semester.
• Applicants must attend monthly council meetings, in addition to the PLC Banquet and summer retreat.

• All eligible candidates must apply online to be considered for the scholarship.

Value of the Scholarship:

The successful candidates can avail of the following benefits:

• Twelve-hour tuition waiver per semester
• One-time stipend for a study abroad, study tour or alternative fall break experience: $500.00-$1,000
• A yearly housing stipend contract for Murdaugh, West Hall, The Quad or Suites, with active participation in a housing activity or organization: $2,250
