Eligibility criteria:
- All UEC graduates, both Malaysian and international, are eligible for this scholarship.
- Except for the Bachelor of Medical Science, Doctor of Medicine, and Bachelor of Pharmacy programs, this scholarship is for admission to all full-time Bachelor's degree programs at Monash University Malaysia beginning with the 2024 intake.
- Candidates must fulfill the minimal requirements for admission.
- The candidate must have earned an average extracurricular score of 85 (SM3 year) based on results obtained no more than two years after the test or graduation year.
- A recommendation letter from the principal of the school, a teacher, or a counselor, written entirely in English is also required.
Value of the Scholarship:
RM8,000 tuition fee waiver per annum to be given out at RM4,000 per semester, subject to maintaining satisfactory academic progress.

All admissions applications that meet the requirements for eligibility and selection will be given automatic consideration for the award.
