Howard C. Christiansen Endowed Scholarship at California State University 2024-25

Any undergraduate or graduate student majoring in engineering is eligible for this prize. The endowed scholarship was created in 2016 by the Howard C. Christiansen Trust.

Eligibility for Howard C. Christiansen Endowed Scholarship at California State University:

• The applicant must be in good academic standing.
• The applicant must demonstrate exceptional academic achievement, with a CGPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• The candidate must provide proof of their need for financial aid, as assessed by the university office of financial assistance.
• The candidate must be enrolled full-time in any engineering major at a CSU campus as an undergraduate or graduate student.
• The applicant must remain a full-time equivalent student at CSU during the academic year.

Application Process:

• All eligible candidates must contact the financial aid office to initiate the scholarship application.
• The candidate must submit a response to the personal statement.
• If the candidate is shortlisted for the final round, they must submit two letters of recommendation.

Value of the Scholarship:

The successful candidates are awarded a scholarship of USD 5,000.
