    The University of Saskatchewan has initiated ESL Bursary for International Students a support program for international graduate students who would like to strengthen their English language skills by taking a course offered through The Language Centre.

    Eligibility Criteria for the ESL Bursary for International Students (CGPS):

    • Applicants must be international students.
    • Applicants must be graduate students in good standing.
    • Applicants must have met the minimum English proficiency requirements.
    • Applicants must not have had their Proof of English Language proficiency waived when applying for their graduate degree program.
    • Applicants must be recommended by the graduate supervisor or Graduate Chair for an ESL class.

         ESL bursaries will be available for the following purposes:

    • Developing advanced writing skills for academic success (essay and general writing)
    • Developing writing skills for Graduate Students (research paper emphasis)
    • Developing advanced academic speaking skills

    Application Process:
