Endowed Dr J & Dr M Fulcher Scholarship in Law 2024-25

Eligibility for Endowed Dr. J & Dr. M Fulcher Scholarship in Law:

• The applicant should be an Australian national.
• The candidate should demonstrate financial need.
• The candidate must be enrolled full-time in one of the following programs in the year the scholarship is to be awarded:
• Bachelor of Laws (Honours)
• an associated dual degree program
• any postgraduate coursework program administered by the School of Law.
• The applicant should not hold any other scholarship which can be considered similar to this scholarship by the selection committee.

Application Process:

The candidates have to fill out an online application form to apply for this scholarship. Applicants will also need:

• Applicant's CV
• Year 11 and 12 academic reports or official academic transcripts for previous tertiary study
• Evidence of financial hardship such as Centrelink statements, ATO statements, family income, etc.
• Awards, achievements, or prizes you received for academic achievement.

Applicants have to discuss the following in writing:

• why you’re interested in studying law and what you hope to achieve by completing your studies (300 words max)
• your financial need or hardship (500 words max)
• your personal qualities (500 words max). This may include evidence of your leadership potential, details of your responsibility for others, community involvement, cultural or sporting achievements, or any other information that you consider relevant to your application.
