Edwin C. Ellis Scholarship in Art

The Edwin C. Ellis Scholarship in Art is available through the University of Central Missouri Alumni Foundation and was established in 1982 by the faculty of the UCM Department of Art to honor Dr. Ellis upon his retirement after teaching at the University of Central Missouri for 33 years. 

Eligibility criteria for Edwin C. Ellis Scholarship in Art -

• The applicant must be a full-time undergraduate student.
• The applicant must have good academic credentials.
• The applicant must be pursuing a degree in Art.
• The applicant must demostrate financial need.
• Also should be demonstrating outstanding character, leadership, and academic ability in the field of Art. 

Application process -

• The candidate must surpass all the admission requirements set by the university.

Note - The art scholarships requires a digital portfolio of 15-20 pieces of recent work which may include drawings and two- and three-dimensional pieces. All the Current students,Freshman and Transfer must submit their portfolios online.
