Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicant must pursue full-time studies at Université Laval during the year in which the scholarship is awarded (fall and winter semesters).
- Should have acquired a minimum of 24 credits in their program at the time of the application.
- Candidate should have a program average of 4 or more out of 4.33.
- Should be able to participate in extracurricular activities of a social, cultural, or sporting nature.
