Eligibility Criteria for Excellence Scholarship Class of 1963 on Parliamentary or Governmental Institutions 2024:
Applicants must:
- Be admitted to the Master of Laws (LL.M.) program (essay or dissertation option) for Winter or Fall 2025.
- Be registered full-time in Fall 2025 (minimum 12 credits) or hold the status of “Deemed full-time” under Financial Aid for Studies, or be recognized as a student parent by Université Laval.
- Have an excellent academic record.
- Write an essay or dissertation on a topic related to parliamentary or governmental institutions.
